I love yerba maté as an alternative to coffee. It takes a little getting used to the earthy taste. Making it into a latte is a great way to start! Blend all ingredients and serve over ice.
Iced Yerba Maté Goddess Latté
- 2 cups strong brewed maté (ideally in a french press)
- 1/2-1 cup fresh raw homemade almond milk or coconut milk
- sweetener of choice – 1 tsp honey, 1 pinch xylitol or a few drops of stevia
- 2 T cacao powder
- 1 T maca powder
- 1 Tsp Medicinal Foods Yin Love Tonic
