Recipe for Vitality: Follow Through

As the end of the year nears, the vitality giving practice of following through has been my go-to.

Follow through is so deeply nourishing and vitalizing.

Follow through creates natural growth. It’s what the sun does.

The ocean does it. The trees do it.

Here are some ways to explore follow through:

Follow through with your exhale. Breathe ALL the way out.

Follow through with a stretch. Keep softening and reaching all the way through your whole body.

Follow through with doing something you don’t feel like doing.

Follow through with a communication. 

Follow through with a structure you’ve set up for your vitality.
